Growth Strategy Manager
The Gr owth Strategy Manager is responsible for developing the commercial strategy across the entire Travel Unit (TU) business line.
This role will support TU and drive strategy creation and recommendations by crafting clear and practical insights using data. This role will be also responsible for enabling TU to monitor the business results, make improvement decisions, optimize performance and drive operational excellence.
In this role you'll be an essential key piece to our go to market transformation journey where you will be able to make real and global impact within this business line.
This is an individual contributor role based at our HQ in Madrid.
Main responsibilities are:
1. Define market opportunity
- Provide understanding of market size of key sectors / products (incl. granular view for priority areas)
- Provide and curate common agreement (framework and definition) among marketing and sales
- Feed sales with market insights
- Support product teams with analysis and market insights how to drive product growth in case of not fulfilling the sales forecasts
