Associate Director - DTS Transformation Office​

This role is responsible for leading all aspects of the Powering Care transformation programs in the Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) organization. You will liaise with the transformation office and provide strategic direction to the DTS Leadership Team as well as collaborate with other senior leaders to make sure the program stays on track and in budget.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead DTS through all Powering Care transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, and owning the services to the program.
  • Own strategic planning and execution conducting program reviews and ensure conformance to program standards.
  • Lead collaboration and communicate effectively with key stakeholders and maintain a collaboration network.
  • Own the program schedule and budget, ensuring projects are completed on budget, on schedule, and with quality.
  • Manage the risks and issues across activities, ensuring tight and integrated management of key levers to deliver upon targets.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:​

  • 12+ years’ experience, managing large transformation projects for large enterprises preferably in the CPG Industry.
  • Ability to lead digital transformation by reflecting on strengths and development areas, committing to changes, and modeling the new culture.
  • Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and their teams to drive alignment, problem solve and resolve competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead effectively in a world characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in metrics and estimating financials, synthesis, and hypothesis thinking, essential for governance and steering committee interactions.
  • Proven track record in business transformation capabilities and the ability to showcase skills and impact to the leadership team.
