Job Duties: Work closely with underwriters, claim leaders, actuaries, data engineers, and data scientists to understand visualization requirements and build wireframes. Develop reporting solution to provide underwriting & claims leaders visibility into key metrics such as submissions, quotes, bounds, bound to quote, quote to submit, bound to submit, loss ratio, loss frequency, loss severting. Develop dashboards for different predictive models build for different business units to show the scores and various underlying variables which helps business users with informed decision. Develop workflow tool to capture user inputs within visualization tool for claims handlers to help manage their claims.
