Senior Customer Success Manager - Technical

We have an exciting opportunity to join a small team of Advisors as a Data Quality Advisor (Technical) reporting into the director of solutions and marketing. This team ensure our partners and existing customers expand and enrich the use of our Data Quality and Data Governance products by further enriching their technical knowledge of, and capabilities surrounding, our products.

You will protect our renewal revenue, expands our footprint within strategic clients and helps our partners understand the suitability of our solutions together with their own.

• Demonstrations and POC's for our range of data quality and governance solutions.
• Liaison with sales and customer success team, in the organisation of targeted approaches to growing each account
• Work with the partner sales team to ensure that EDQ is evangelised across potential partners, and once partners are recruited that they are technically enabled and supported.
• Ensure all relevant data processing due diligence and governance is followed including reviewing data overdue for deletion, keeping the RoPAs (Record of Processing Activities) up to date for all DQ-Advisor-related data processing tasks and ensuring data in ids p...
