What is the opportunity?

In the role of Director, Wealth Management Strategy and Transformation, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive the Global Wealth Management growth strategy and support the implementation of best solutions aligned to the strategy. You will identify, research, analyze, recommend, and provide solutions to shape WM Strategy. Your thought leadership and collaboration with leaders across LOBs will help shape the Wealth Management strategy.

What will you do?

• Establish credibility by quickly acquiring and demonstrating subject matter expertise and deep knowledge in Private Banking business
• Formulate and design the evolution of Wealth Management strategy in partnership with Wealth Management leaders.
• Develop a strong partnership across Wealth Management lines of business and enterprise partners.
• Proactively identify opportunities to advance Wealth Management businesses with the focus on revenue growth, profitability, risk management, and client and employee experience.
