In the coming months, in both Spain and Italy market, we aim to extend our Connect solution digitalizing the entire process to achieve the following results:
- Optimize Clinic Operations: Streamline administrative tasks, enabling clinic operators to focus more on patient care.
- Reduce Patient Waiting Time: Minimize the time patients spend waiting at reception, enhancing their overall experience.
- Enable Digital Check-In: Provide a seamless, digital check-in process for patients, ensuring a smooth arrival at the clinic.
Our ultimate goal is to make the overall process as humane and easy as possible for all the stakeholders: insurances/funds hospital/clinics and patients, to book and perform medical services, whether through private health insurances or the national health service.
