The Role:

Legend is hiring a Data Entry Specialist professional, reporting directly to our Senior Finance Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and talented individual to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and growing team. This role will be part of an in-house finance function, partnering with the business to provide a solid platform for growth and delivering finance data that supports decision making.

Your Impact:

• You will own the revenue process including related systems and process improvements i.e. documentation of processes around revenue collection and working with commercial data team to identify system improvements.
• Processing of financial transactions around revenue and assets of the global business.
• Collation of revenue data and commercial metrics from partners into our global revenue reporting tool and review and perform reconciliations of the revenue balances.
• Basic maintenance and monitoring of the revenue collection tool.
• Basic fixes for failed accounts and first line of defence in identifying issues for correction by the developer team.
• Collect the player level data for the individual partners to allow the business to monitor the revenue funnel and product performance.
• Liaise with commercial account managers regarding the performance of their accounts and partners.
• Work closely with commercial account managers to identify issues and opportunities to improve our revenue performance.

What You'll Bring:

• This is a junior role, therefore we are open to candidates with an internship or some related experience.
• Having experience or knowledge of the online affiliate marketing industry is an advantage.
• High attention to detail.
• Good communication skills fluent in the English language is essential.
• Need to follow strict deadlines
• Trusted person - will have full access to v confidential data

The Interview Process:

• 1st interview with the Talent Partner (30 mins video interview via Zoom in English)
• 2nd interview with the Senior Finance Operations Manager (1 hour video interview via Zoom)
