Job Description

Duties and responsibilities...

• Ensure that work is performed according to specific service and quality standards and does not deviate from standard procedures.
• Analyses business trends, process efficiencies, competitor innovation and process best practice.
• Assist with implementation of various changes to product and process; and creates and present solutions in required format.
• Performs profitability studies on business processes.
• Assists in preparation of risk and control matrices.
• Deliver elements of audit assignments timely and in accordance with business methodology.
• Develops client relationships at appropriate level.
• Manage compliance to FI, client identification and record keeping.
• Action customer queries, reload Workflow, follow up and provide feedback to client services, branches, or forensics.
• Execute and lead operational activities of projects.
• Drive customer communication alignment.
• Action customer complaints logged on complaints system.
