Position Summary

The Digital Health Portfolio director will report to the US Business Strategy leader and is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic plans, product roadmaps, and overall portfolio of work- prioritizing and budgeting strategic initiatives to ensure business goal/value alignment. The position will also play a significant role in managing interdependencies between projects and ensuring resource capacity and availability. This position focuses on supporting the teamโ€™s time-specific milestones within the organization. If needed, this position will play a key role in M&A integration activities. The position is US-based and can be remote.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the prioritizing of strategic Health initiatives to ensure business goal achievement and value alignment
  • Manage the overall portfolio of work (projects, POCs, offering development) to ensure itโ€™s delivered on time and on budget
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure portfolio performance.
  • Coordinate resource allocation across projects and monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and quality metrics to identify and address risks and issues proactively.
  • Develop, implement and manage PMO processes, including setting standards and guidelines for project management processes, frameworks, tools and best practices.
  • Key member in the creation and continuous refinement of multi-year product roadmaps that align with corporate Health strategies and goals.
  • Develop and implement an integration plan/roadmap
  • Manage post-acquisition integration

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor Degree, advanced degrees in relevant fields
  • At least 10 years of experience in portfolio management, strategy, or related roles in Health
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Program management professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar
  • Experience leading resource/budget/risk management
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational and technical abilities
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in providing direction to individuals in any environment
  • Experience producing highly effective presentations, develop content (e.g. written) to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions

  • Work is generally performed in an office environment.
  • This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.
  • Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the companyโ€™s competitive position.
  • There could be some travel to develop & manage to business goals

The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:

  • Colorado: $170,000 to $200,000
  • New York: $200,000 to $230,000
  • Washington State: $170,000 to $200,000
  • California: $200,000 to $230,000
