.NET Developer

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable .NET-based applications and services.
• Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with the integration team to design and implement interfaces with external systems, particularly the SAP system.
• Manage deployment processes and ensure smooth integration with AWS cloud services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize project delays.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance the development process.
• Communicate project status, risks, and challenges effectively to stakeholders and project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development (with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role - for leader role)
• Extensive experience with .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI, and Entity Framework.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, particularly AWS services.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
