About the Role

We are looking to Hire a software engineer/developer to join our cutting-edge development team as it grows. The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands industry best practices and has experience with the required Programming language. They are a team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills and are able to communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-tech stakeholders. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to “take the wheel” when necessary**.**

What You Will Do in This Role

• Able to design, develop and implement the Required applications. (Ex: Java / C++ / .Net)
• Provide technical expertise in support of application development.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Java experience.
• Well versed in the required Technical Skills.
• Strong knowledge in microservice architecture, web development, including REST, SOAP and MVC
• Possess expert knowledge on Spring framework and Hibernate, JPA transactions and AOP
• Good knowledge on App servers (Tomcat) and Message Queue (RMQ)
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and multi thread programing concepts.
• Experience with unit testing framework such as Junit/TestNG.
• Demonstrated experience in SQL and data modelling skills.
• Good knowledge on encoding/decoding encryption/decryption
• OAuth and hands on experience in setting up and managing cloud platform (Azure/AWS)
• Deep problem-solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous requirements.
• Knowledge on design patterns.
• Gradle, Terraform, Gatling, Cucumber, Docker, AWS ECS, AWS Lambda and PaaS experience a plus.
• Good understanding of DevOps best practice
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with upstream and downstream teams.
• Should be able to mentor junior resources.
• Very good in developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Experience in Automation – Selenium Framework, load test (Load runner/Gatling).
