Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities

2. Communicating with candidates via email and phone to provide updates, gather necessary information, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

3. Providing administrative assistance, such as organizing candidate files, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and preparing recruitment-related documentation

4. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires by preparing welcome kits, scheduling orientation sessions, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees

Requirements

1, Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field.

2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Experience in scheduling meetings and sending invites on Zoom and Teams.

4. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus..

6. Are available for full time (in-office) internship

7. Can join immediately & are available for duration of upto atleast 3 months
