About the team

This team will be responsible for IVR development using the latest technologies available such as Nuance Mix, NLU, Voice biometrics etc.

What you will be doing:

• Develop APIs and work on integrating them with other applications (DB, CRM, ticketing tools such as SNOW) as required.
• Design/development of Java/J2EE applications
• Build CI/CD based pipelines and will be responsible for building, maintaining,
