Salesforce QA with Grants Management

Role Title: Journeyman Computer and Information Research Scientist

Location: Remote

Education: BS Computer Science or related

Required Skills:

2. They must have strong verbal and written skills and be able to collaborate with several stakeholders in a virtual-first environment for specific data needs and requests.
3. We are specifically looking for a candidate to join the team with:

• Experience with Grants Management processes
• Experience working on a Grants Management/Cooperative Agreement Management Salesforce project within the past year
• Experience with testing Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Platform
• Experience with setting up test data and user creation process
• Experience with Salesforce configurations
• Experience testing OmniStudio FlexCards, Omni Scripts and Document Generation
• Overall understanding of Agile and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Understanding of software QA processes
• Understanding of Salesforce and experience testing salesforce platform and experience sites
