HP has different Route to Markets (RtM) to serve her customers, direct as well as indirect. The indirect channel is the main route to market. Within HP we say that the strength of the channel equals the health of HP.

The Inside Partner Business Manager (iPBM) is part of the Commercial Channel Team. This team works closely together with HP’s channel partners / IT resellers to grow a profitable business and serve customers in their IT needs.

For this position we are looking for a talented young business professional with a strong ambition to advance her/his career throughout the coming years.

The purpose of the role is to support an assigned set of business partners and develop their business. You will work closely with the Partners to support them in their daily business. It is key that you establish HP as the preferred vendor to team up with, by building and maintaining strong lasting relationships with all levels within the partners’ organization.

You define the strategic direction and supports planning and execution. You will be the linking pin for the commercial activities, like: defining an effective commercial approach, coordinate training plan, manage deal support, roll out marketing & promotional activities, and ensures partner program readiness.

Responsibilities:

PARTNERSHIP BUILDER.

  • Develop and manage relationships on all levels within the partner organization.
  • Act as the single point of contact.
  • Work closely with the HP virtual team.

BUSINESS DEVELOPER.

  • Implement HP promotions (inclusion in partner marketing, spiff days, etc.).
  • Planning and execution of training for partner’s staff.
  • Act as the HP interface within partners.
  • Plan and execute events that promotes HP team feeling and loyalty.
  • Assist partner in the planning of sales and marketing activities

ENABLER.

  • Support partner in working with HP.
  • Assist in obtaining prices for business opportunities.
  • Implement and promote the efficient use of HP sales tools.

We are recruiting an iPBM to support our Commercial Channel Team. Do you love working in a team towards a shared ambition? Are you pro-active, structured, solution oriented, strong in building and lasting relationships and have a positive spirit? Then this might be your next career challenge!

  • University or bachelor’s degree.
  • Starter (few years working experience) preferable within a multinational
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is an absolute requirement
  • Adept at using Microsoft office
