Mystery Shopper

CPM Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented and observant individual to join our team as a Mystery Shopper for 2 weeks Campaign.

In this role, you will visit establishments incognito to evaluate customer service, product quality, and the environment.

Your duties will include purchasing products, interacting with employees, and reporting on your experiences.

Our ideal candidates are analytical, have excellent communication skills, and possess a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with market research and customer service standards is a plus.

Benefits

• €13.00 per call (35 mins)
• Mileage 0.15c per km
• €13.00 lunch allowance per day (must be further than 8 miles from home and for 5+ hours to qualify for this)

Qualifications

• Must hold a full driving licence and have own vehicle
• Proven experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with market research and customer service standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
