The position

The role shall develop and manage all aspects of Centrient Pharmaceuticals Spain Continuous Excellence, its activities and projects. Contribute to the site strategy and policy in general and specially to Continuous Improvement activities.

Main activities and responsibilities

• Setup, implement and report Continuous Improvement program, according to the objectives and priorities agreed with Site Director.
• Lead activities and projects related to Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure that improve procedures are performed and documented in full compliance with cGMP and SHE Centrient standards and according to site SOPs and Centrient Corporate Compliance Policies.
• Yearly preparation of improvement program.
• Coach, develop and train Centrient Pharmaceutical Spain organization with regard to Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence tools.
• Encourage the organization to improve.
• Coordination of the Improvement Ideas Tool (IDM).
• Ensure the quality and update of technical documentation.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology.
• + 1 year in Continuous Improvement.
• Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong in communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving skills include organization, troubleshooting, trustworthiness and ethics.
• Adaptable, self-motivate and curious systems thinker.
• High learning agility.
• Project Management skills.
