As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a team dedicated to implementing innovative products and processes that take AmexGBT into the future of our industry. You will design processes, test new technology and manage the execution of the NDC end-to-end testing. You must understand AmexGBT’s product strategy, the market and competitive landscape and work with internal and external stakeholders including Technology, Finance, Supplier Partnerships, Service Delivery, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Traveler Care and others. You will assist in any live product issues and drive solutions. You will also provide subject matter expertise on how the latest technology and products in the market could positively impact GBT’s business.
