  • Four-Week Company-Paid Sabbatical Eligibility After Five Years of Service We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes, managing our MarTech stack, overseeing software licenses, implementing best practices, and tracking our marketing budget across the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses a deep understanding of marketing operations. In this role, you will monitor the health of the marketing funnels, enhance performance, processes, and technological improvements to maximize program ROI and deliver customer satisfaction, build the analytics framework that will operationalize our reporting capabilities, and proactively identify insights to guide program and monetary investments on the marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage MarTech Stack: Be a thought partner to marketers and help shape the future of the marketing technology landscape. Evaluate, implement, and maintain marketing technology tools and platforms to support the marketing team's objectives. This includes but is not limited to marketing automation (Pardot), SalesForce CRM, Google analytics, and our content management system.
  • License Management: Oversee the marketing software licenses and renewals, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency, productivity, and alignment across teams. Identify areas for automation and implement solutions to streamline operations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Partner closely with Analytics and BI to proactively establish and build measurement frameworks to allow us to Analyze marketing performance data and track key metrics. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate results and performance against KPIs.
  • Budget Management: Work closely with the marketing leadership team to develop and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Marketing lead flow: Work cross-functionally to create and optimize campaign and lead lifecycle operations through process, workflows, and technology to drive team effectiveness and increase the speed of lead-to-opportunity conversions. Analyze each stage of the marketing and sales funnel to optimize lead generation and provide areas for improvement.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing operations and MarTech to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Work collaboratively with marketing team in strategically aligning marketing plans and strategies
  • Work with budget owners across Marketing to plan and manage budget; inclusive of leading our annual funding process to support incremental investment requests
  • Partner with Digital Marketing team on establishing dashboards on lead volume, quality and progression
  • Manage regular Operations interlocks across Marketing to drive day-to-day activities

Client:

  • Assists with leveraging data, complicated analytics and data modelling skills across the organization to equip CMO and Regional Marketing to influence practice-level go to market decisions.
  • Establish a series of thoughtful, timely and effective business management systems (e.g. MOR, QBR).

Value:

  • Help develop customer insights, competitive intelligence and data/analytics to establish iterative planning cycles (e.g., AOP followed by quarterly gates for invest/divest/reallocation decisions)
  • Assist with delivery of lead performance targets and tracking for high-focus services/region/initiatives
  • Assist with delivery of monthly financial reconciliation and YTD forecast
  • Oversee delivery of departmental workload and project backlog views
  • Assist with running marketing MORs and QBRs
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required, including:

  • 4+ years of experience in data and analytical role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex problems.
  • Experience in process improvement and project work
  • Experience working directly with senior executive leadership, and able to lead and influence across all levels of the organization.

  • Results-driven, with acute critical thinking skills with strong financial acumen (cost-benefit analysis, business case)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Internet navigation and research.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver’s license required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position may have direct reports.

Work Environment:

  • Standard indoor working environment.
  • Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
  • Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm and interface with external vendors as necessary.
  • Independent travel requirement: less than 25%.
