The Position

Execute daily activities for Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and inter-company matters, adhering to the highest standards of financial control, compliance, and best practices. Perform month end, quarter end and year end closing activities for countries assigned

Ensure the accurate and high-quality delivery of services within agreed KPIs, as defined by the SLA and SOPs for each business sub-process.

• Process all cash application and remittance reconciliation for assigned countries accurately and within specific timescales and prepare the details of unallocated and unidentified receipts for key individuals' further actions.
• Prepare and follow up unidentified open items in clearing account when performing daily/monthly bank reconciliation and cash pool account reconciliation.
• Collaborate with key individuals to prepare and post intercompany non-trade debit and credit notes, resolve anomalies, and reconcile intercompany Accounts Receivable balances.
• Generate customer account statements, resolve disputes, and route to local affiliates. Initiate dunning and reminders for overdue accounts. Ensure timely posting of treasury transactions, including intercompany foreign exchange, loans, accruals, interest, and bank charges.
• Credit management – Manage credit by conducting analyses on customers per company policy, assessing credit risks for new and existing customers and recommending credit limits.
• Collection management – Manage collections effectively, ensuring timely payments and maintaining good customer relations through proactive outreach and responsive communication. Handle Accounts Receivable bad debt allowances and write-offs as needed.
• Actively engaged in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, recommending, and implementing solutions in consultation with management to enhance operational efficiency
• Managing documentation and control to ensure all work processes comply with Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR), group policies, local statutory, and legal requirements. Ensuring timely updates and participating in internal and external compliance audits.

Who You Are

• Candidates must possess a Degree or Diploma in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in Accounts Receivable and Treasury or other accounting functions with accounting knowledge
• SAP knowledge or other ERP accounting systems and MS Office tools
