Director - Product Partnership

In this role, you'll be a leader who loves getting hands on while we launch a new exciting brand in Michigan. You will touch each part of the operation in Michigan, which will include sourcing high-quality cannabis and building relationships with cultivators, coordinating with production, and coordinating with the sales team. This role will report to the Head of Partnerships with dotted lines to both Sales and Operations while working closely with our brand partners.

• Cannabis Sourcing and Quality Assurance
  • Develop relationships with cannabis cultivators, grows and farms to source high-quality cannabis, distillate and biomass that meets specific brand requirements.
  • Ensure inbound biomass and distillate meet or exceed quality standards while adhering to cost limits.
  • Work with partners to ensure sourced product adheres to brand standards.
    Production Coordination
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure the company production forecasts align with sales forecasts.
