Process Engineer

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Process Engineer specializing in Waste to Energy projects to join our team in Abu Dhabi for a 3-month project. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in process plants, particularly in Waste to Energy or combustion/incineration facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize process systems for Waste to Energy plants, focusing on efficient energy recovery from waste materials.
• Conduct process simulations, heat and mass balances, and equipment sizing.
• Provide technical expertise in boiler systems and combustion processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule constraints.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering within process plants, with a strong emphasis on Waste to Energy or combustion/incineration.
