As the respiratory seasonal vaccines market continues to grow and evolve, Combos are expected to act as a growth driver to this market, starting from 2025 and reaching a peak market of ~ 15B in 2033.

Pfizer has several combination ongoing programs in various phases and is preparing to launch its first Flu/Covid Combo starting from 2025 in the US and 2026 ex.US This role represents a major opportunity to create the branding platform or other core marketing deliverables for one of our most visible vaccine pipeline assets, across HCP, Consumer, and other stakeholders.

Reporting to the Global Combo/ Influenza Lead, this Global Marketing role is designed as a broad and flexible marketing position. This space is fast paced, and the environment is dynamic, which will require from the individual selected to take on a variety of projects and opportunities.

The role requires a high flexibility, ability to drive change and deal with uncertainty, proven experience in delivering creative approaches to solve issues, out-of-the-box thinking, and track-record of working Globally with high expectations.
