Event Manager

Mira Search is a dedicated HR agency. For our partner we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning and organizing a wide range of events, ensuring each one runs smoothly and achieves its objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Generate ideas for future events;
• Manage, and coordinate the organizing of internal events in the company in Kyiv office;
• Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with event vendors, including venues, catering services, audiovisual providers, and other suppliers;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine event objectives, themes, and content.
• Coordinate and conduct the company’s participation in industry events and other marketing activities around the world;
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines;
• Generating ideas and managing the whole process of production of merchandise products for external events;
• Executing and managing media strategies for each event, including internet promotions, video/photo sessions, interviews, and articles in conference magazines.
• Assisting and supporting conference delegates before, during, and after the event.
• Providing the team/delegates with printed materials and business cards.
• Creating event merchandise products for partners and sending company greetings on their behalf.
• Supervising logistics, such as event schedules, transportation, accommodations, and on-site coordination.

Requirements

• Experience in an identical position for at least 2 years;
• Being familiar with specific working on events in Ukraine;
• Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in collaborating with artists, venues, contractors, event agencies, and other service providers;
• Experience in creating merchandise products and coordinating with vendors;
• Aptitude for composing precise technical specifications;
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines;
• Outstanding communication abilities.
