Service Delivery Manager

This role lasts initially until end of 2024 with optional extension.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery teams and guide them in delivering exceptional customer service across all channels.

• Follow our service delivery standards and monitor adherence.

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

• Manage client issues and ensure timely resolution and implement improvements to service delivery processes.

• Analyze customer satisfaction data and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.

• Oversee financials to guarantee delivery within budget and provide accurate financial reporting.

• Maintenance of operations stability and effective risk management

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant service delivery / key account managerial skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to develop positive relationships with clients and handle their concerns.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Knowledge of relevant software tools and platforms.

• Fluency in English (spoken & written);

• Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
