Senior Engineer

What You’ll Do

The AI Systems group pursues cutting edge research and development for design, development and optimization of AI models and their optimization for neural processors.

You will pursue cutting edge research and development for the optimization of AI models and their acceleration for neural processors. You should have a solid knowledge and understanding of AI methods for applications, such as generative AI, large language models, computer vision, image and video processing, speech recognition, and speech enhancement.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Diego or San Jose office 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time

Reports to: Senior Principal Engineer

• Research and develop artificial intelligence systems.
• Optimize neural networks and AI algorithms for scalable AI processors
• Write computer software to develop algorithms and simulate system performance.
• Efficient deployment of large models, by techniques such as quantization, compression, pruning, distillation, model transformations and compilations.
