Job description:

The position you are applying for is Data Analyst, Level 2 in Fixed Income team. As a Fixed Income Data Analyst, you will join the team of around 30 colleagues based in multiple locations in Europe (core location in Gdynia, Poland).

Altogether, your principal responsibilities will be to monitor market events and new issuances of bonds, develop relationships with market participants, perform quality control checks and respond to clients’ questions. You will also be using our internal databases, applications and products. In your day-to-day job, you will be asked both to bring individual contributions and cooperate closely with the colleagues in Gdynia, London, and other locations across the globe. You will be also much exposed to partner with a number of internal teams, which makes this job diverse and gives opportunity to learn constantly.

As a suitable candidate, you should understand at least at a basic level Financial Markets and terminologies, market operations applicable to Fixed Income debt, local stock exchanges and financial documents published by the key market-related institutions.

Some of daily tasks you will perform as Data Analyst:

  • Monitoring of sources for Fixed Income convertible bonds data available via different channels (i.e. websites, e-mail communication, internal applications etc)
  • Manual updates and quality assurance of Fixed Income convertible bonds data in internal databases and applications
  • Taking accountability for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness and making sure they meet the requirements
  • Taking responsibility for resolving the client queries connected to Fixed Income convertible bonds data, minding the timeliness and the high standards of quality of response
  • Working effectively within teams and by yourself, being proactive to identify and resolve problems
  • Conducting market research and analysis of information gathered as a part of diverse internal researches
  • Building up on your expertise by cooperating with Fixed Income Senior Market Analysts and Specialists across the globe

What do you need to bring?

  • Advanced knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in working with data collection and analysis
  • Proven experience in customer support (i.e. replying to clients queries, direct support)
  • Knowledge of MS Office Package (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) on at least intermediate level because we work with variety of MS Tools daily
  • Attention to details because the quality and accuracy are one of our top priorities
  • Good organizational skills because you will handle various tasks ​ ​
  • Curiosity to learn and develop because we want you to stay and grow within our company
