JR55850 SR ENGINEER, FAB NPI PLANNING STRATEGY
Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Planning NPI weekly wafer start
• Planning NPI weekly fab out
• Setting and monitoring NPI production schedule
• Working closely with NPI Area Engineers in analysis and optimization of area constraints
• Creation and validation of production indices/metrics and reports
• Make a cycle time control plan to meet BP
• NPI cycle time program to support TTMCY
• Able to summarize and present work/project results to Fab management level
• Able to communicate with various departments and global teams
