Business Analyst

The project involves the implementation and customization of the SportsBook betting platform for the Asian market. This platform enhances the customer experience by providing improved account and money management features. The SportsBook platform is built on a microservice architecture, which includes services for consuming sports event data and enabling users to place bets on those events.

• Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements through elicitation and collaboration with external stakeholders and product owners.
• Transforming business requirements into development-ready items by analyzing system capacities, proposing solutions, and collaborating with technical leads and analysts to create well-defined user stories following the INVEST principle.
• Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, and outlining their business impact.
