Intercompany Financial Controller

You will support us with:

  • Guiding financial decisions by developing and monitoring policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements for IC part
  • Intercompany profit & loss and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Monitoring / preparing intercompany fees calculations
  • Analyzing intercompany accounts and comment variations
  • Overseeing reporting of local intercompany figures according to group guidelines
  • Contributing to the development of new or amended procedures connected with IC
  • Staying current on the company, local, and international financial regulations and policies
  • Overseeing the financial monthly and year-end closing IC process
  • Review local intercompany figures to be sent to tax advisors authorities
  • Support external/internal audits
  • Leading transition of new processes into the shared service center
  • Leading one-off financial projects for companies in scope of IC Team
  • Ensuring that requests are handled with professionalism and positive service attitude while ensuring that delivery is according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Establishing and maintaining close and professional partnerships with internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring that high working standard and customer satisfaction are met
  • Managing and revising workflow duties and direct inbound inquiries as needed
  • Actively driving internal initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement and realizing efficiencies

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance accounting and reporting is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent English skills required, written and verbal
  • Computer literacy – Excel vary good knowledge is a must
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, practices, financial reporting and legislation
  • Self-confidence, decision-making attitude
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with finance software, as IFS, SAP, or similar
  • High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency
