About us

We are seeking a Master Data Manager to join our core team at the Shared Service Centre in Warsaw. Your role will be pivotal in establishing a best-in-class service. As part of the Data Management Team, you’ll focus on operational excellence across our global locations, standardizing data and driving automation.

Your main tasks

  • Report the effects of work, KPIs and changes in processes to the SSC Head
  • Supervise and coordinate tasks related to the master data management processes and ensuring effective cooperation in this respect with other departments
  • Demonstrate the understanding of business environment in given area (awareness of supplier and customer data management area and specifics would be a plus)
  • Prepare and supervise of transition activities to SSC in Warsaw
  • Prove the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures (both internally within led team and externally)
  • Monitor process quality with effective issue solution implementation
  • Ensure the continuity of processes by setting priorities consistent with the goals of the company and the group
  • Responsibility for the compliance of the entrusted process with the specified data management policy and other internal and external regulations
  • Assign and monitor the tasks performed by members of the subordinate team
  • Motivate and support subordinates in achieving the set goals, in employee development and in the constant improvement of the level of effectiveness
  • Manage day-to-day activities and work distribution in the team
  • Maintain Data Management policies and SOP procedures
  • Support Data Management related projects and GBS Strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Master Data Management
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Global Master Data Management
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is essential
  • Experience in maintaining and improving ‘big data’
  • Familiarity with Coupa software is advantageous
  • Strong analytical background
  • Excellent Excel skills (including VBA)
  • Ability to coach, promote teamwork, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for process improvement
  • Proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
