How you’ll change it up

As our Operational Data Analyst, you will drive insights through visualising workforce data. Your analytic skills will inform decision-making and resource planning by translating complex data into clear insights. You'll communicate effectively, presenting analysis in a digestible format and collaborating across divisions to support workforce planning.

Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Develop and maintain a workforce plan in collaboration with delivery, support functions, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate workforce reporting.
  • Create a workforce modelling tool for annual planning and scenario impact assessments, guiding decisions on operating models, budget headcounts, and efficiency plans.
  • Provide workforce reporting, including analysis of headcount movements, workforce ratios, efficiency assumptions, and budget forecasts.
  • Develop a Build Partner resource modelling tool for city, zone, and regional resource analysis, aiding in the feasibility and stress testing of build plans.
  • Conduct impact assessments on workforce plans, including changes to build plans and new projects.
  • Support skills analysis and insights for delivery teams and Build Partner resource requirement.

What you’ll bring to the role

You’ll also bring the following with you:

  • Advanced Excel user with experience working with complex formulae.
  • Experience of workign with 'cause & effect data' e.g. workforce/people/operations etc
  • Computer literate and a proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats, to build relationships, and deliver presentations, influencing and advising colleagues, senior management, and key stakeholders.
