What's on offer:
Salary: £23,000 to £27,000 (depending on experience) plus commissions
Job location: Homebased
Full Time Overview: Working closely with, and supporting, the Regional Account Director to maximise the potential from the designated region. The role focuses on both retaining and developing existing clients and securing new customers and partnerships for BSC’s different product streams. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the assigned markets and ideally already hold relationships with key partners in that area.
1. Business Development Management
- Assume the role of strategic regional specialist, maintaining an expert and up to date knowledge of the ELT, YL and Pathways sectors, monitoring trends & competitor activity and reporting on market intelligence
- Develop and implement marketing and recruitment plans for designated target markets to achieve annual sales targets and agreed KPIs
