Fullstack Engineer

As a Fullstack Engineer at tb.lx you will be able to display your broad set of skills in both front and backend, as well as your ability to work on the multiple aspects of a project. You will also be in close contact with stakeholders and partners working around the world. Our engineering team works across different projects and solutions, so you will join a cross-functional team of Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers.

In your day-to-day work, you will get the chance to work with promising digital products that will be deployed worldwide, and you will get to work in a setup that is truly global. You will work with colleagues from North America, Europe, and Asia, coming together as one team, to deliver something that works across the world, in all geographies and time zones. You will be exposed to diverse cultures and ways of working and will learn from people with different experiences and competencies. You will also be working in a highly innovative environment, where new and uncharted challenges will likely emerge and give you the chance of highlighting your creative, communication and problem-solving skills.

We are big supporters of the 'the best tool for the job' philosophy, and although we do have a universal tech stack, you will get a say on the definition of the tech-stack to be used.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in software development;

• Experience working with React; JVM languages, and/or Python;

• Experience working with Terraform and Azure;

• Experience in the handling and processing of data;

• Experience conducting thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring a high-quality user experience;

• A strong inclination toward documenting code, processes, and workflows to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team;

• The capacity to embrace our DevOps culture – meaning the team is responsible for the entire software lifecycle, from development to production environments, with continuous ownership of identifying and implementing new features and improvements;

• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues and optimize code for performance and strong operational maintenance, considering best practices and our project standards;

• A willingness to learn and adapt to modern technologies and tools as the tech landscape evolves;

• Strong skills in self-organization and proactivity;

• Effective communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience working with integrations of different technologies;
• Experience in Generative AI and/or Machine Learning;
• Knowledge about Design Patterns (e.g.: SOLID, Dependency Injection, Inversion of Control).
