Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator

Based at our Fulfilment Centre in Warrington, As Site HSE Coordinator, your mission is to support the development, implementation and integration of HSE programs and initiatives, in line with Group + Site policies, to create a safe and sustainable workplace for our circa 500 colleagues. As an integral part of the Gousto HSE Team, the HSE Coordinator will assist the HSE Manager to provide professional support and guidance and contribute to driving a positive culture of caring.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead activities to reduce health, safety, security and environmental risk, in line with the Group and Site HSE Business Plans
• Help review, develop and deliver HSE Risk Assessments, Safe Operating Procedures and Training materials
• Ensure the Site‘s HSE policies, procedures and systems are adhered to effectively, to support compliance with all relevant legislation and agreed internal standards
• Assist with accident/incident reporting and investigations
• Assist with the HSE audit programmes to ensure compliance with all UK legislation and Gousto standards
• Be empowered to challenge unsafe behaviours in the correct way, and escalate accordingly
