This is a newly created opportunity within the Customer team looking at how we scale and adapt our Braze platform for new markets alongside developing strategies to drive growth and trading performance.
As part of a wider new markets team - whilst also having strong ties to the wider marketing and customer team, this is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful growth within Gousto.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deliver end to end strategy for CRM to enable entry into new markets. Collaborating with wider go to market team to ensure we maximise impact at point of launch
- Project manage and execute changes required across key customer touch points and communications in collaboration with legal and technology
- Develop a roadmap of improvements post new market launch to ensure that we drive growth and profitability across customer groups
- Set up local teams for success through robust training in CRM capabilities and onboarding to Gousto
