Senior Audit Clerk

Hire Resolve is currently recruiting for a Senior Audit Clerk. As a Senior Audit Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the audit team and ensuring the accuracy of financial information. Responsibilities will include assisting with audit engagements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with audit engagements by preparing working papers, performing analytical reviews, and conducting substantive testing
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and evaluate financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls
• Identify areas of potential risk or concern and recommend appropriate actions
• Support the audit team in conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and documenting findings
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in auditing or related field
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and procedures
• Experience with financial analysis and evaluation
• Familiarity with relevant accounting regulations and standards
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite
