The opportunity

Responsibilities

• Provide cashier support including premium payment verification and checking, payment input, payment balancing and processing offline credit card payment input, etc.
• Perform verification and AML review on large payment transactions and communicate with our agency to obtain relevant/ additional documents for review purpose. Review customer profile and handle relevant forms and documents of investment linked and wealth management product. Ensure all investment linked product related cashier transaction are completed within tight turnaround time and with good quality.
