Talent Manager

RPO Recruitment is seeking a Talent Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our recruiters with understanding job specifications received from clients and sourcing candidates that meet those requirements. Your expertise will ensure that we consistently provide high-quality talent to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters to thoroughly understand job specifications and client requirements.
• Manage a team of recruiters.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to source potential candidates such as LinkedIn Recruiter, PNet and Careers Junction.
• Provide guidance and support to recruiters throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Manager, Recruiter, or in a similar role within the IT Industry
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
