- Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to source potential candidates such as LinkedIn Recruiter, PNet and Careers Junction.
- Provide guidance and support to recruiters throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Manager, Recruiter, or in a similar role within the IT Industry
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
