Real-Time Analyst

Work Scheduled - Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 7pm CT

• Real time utilization, productivity and efficiency management
• Ensuring payroll accuracy
• Conversations with employees on trends that negatively impact utilization and efficiency
• Reviewing Hours Adherence/Schedule Adherence and following up with employee’s real time
• Intraday reporting on program staffing
• Ensuring partner staffing requirements are met
• Client communication regarding utilization as needed
• May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.

Requirements

• Ability to work 40 hours a week, or additional as needed
• Exceptional Attendance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude
• Must work onsite in our SAT location.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong Analytical and Time Management Skills
