About the team
Dialpad’s Developer Platform team plays an essential role empowering business partners & 3rd party developers to build custom integrations within the Dialpad ecosystem. This team collaborates closely with all internal product development teams, Dialpad customers, and strategic partners to develop & consistently improve the developer ecosystem including APIs & services, automations, real time data flows, embedded applications, integrations, tooling, documentation and SDKs.
Your role
As a Senior Developer Relations Engineer on the Developer Platform team, you’ll primarily support stakeholders actively building integrations & facilitate and manage all usage of the Dialpad developer platform.
You’ll work closely with engineering teammates & product leaders to gain a strong understanding of the Dialpad Ecosystem, especially our wide range of platform APIs, services & integrations. Using this knowledge you will support external partners, ISVs and Dialpad customers in building customized solutions & integrations with the Dialpad platform.
