Senior Brand & Creative Designer

Join the Marketing team at Xentral and help transform curious commerce business owners into committed customers. As a Senior Brand & Creative Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and creative direction of the Xentral brand, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

The primary goal of the Senior Brand & Creative Designer is to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity that enhances our brand's recognition and supports our marketing efforts across all channels. Additionally, this role will be responsible for creating the actual creative assets that drive our branding and marketing campaigns forward, ensuring that all visual communications are aligned with our strategic goals.

Your Tasks

• Brand Development: You will own and refine the Xentral style guide including visual identity elements such as logos, colour schemes, and typography
• Marketing Collateral and Video: You will create visuals for the website, digital channels and print marketing materials, including ads, videos, brochures and social media graphics (with agency support)
• Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align design strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will also engage with other departments and support them in creating assets on brand
• Creative Direction: You will lead creative sessions for project kick-offs and guide creative projects from concept through completion
• Asset Management: You will maintain a library of design assets and ensure all materials meet brand guidelines

Your Profile

• You have strong graphic design skills with excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities
• You are proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
• You hold a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• You bring at least 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful brand and marketing design projects
