The role of a Senior Web Application Firewall (WAF) Engineer is crucial in protecting our web applications from various security threats. Specializing in Cloudflare WAF, this position requires extensive experience in WAF technologies and a deep understanding of web application security principles. The successful candidate will play a vital role in monitoring, managing, and enhancing our WAF solutions to ensure robust protection against sophisticated cyber threats.

Responsibilities

Cloudflare WAF Monitoring and Management

• Provide 24x7 monitoring and management of Cloudflare WAF through the WAF console.
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the Cloudflare WAF configuration and settings, identify gaps, and take remediation actions
• Support the migration to new versions of Cloudflare WAF, including fine-tuning WAF rules and policies.
• Implement and manage DNS security within Cloudflare. Security Protection and Threat Mitigation
• Protect web applications from Layer 7 attacks, zero-day attacks, OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, and credential stuffing.
