Product Quality and Reliability Engineer

• Designing, developing & executing and tests for RDT and other reliability related tests for SSD products.
• Advising design engineering on selection, application and test of SSD
• Recommending design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability.
• Determining requirements of components and systems to achieve company, customer requirements.
• Developing new acceleration techniques and analytical tools to assure the early identification of potential problems with new products, packaging, processes and product reliability.
• Proposing changes in design of formulation to improve SSD product and/or process reliability.
  • Coordinate and manage interactions with the design engineering teams to efficiently identify issues
  • Partner with our NAND, FW, SoC, and other validation teams to work issues to swift and effective solution
  • Design and develop tests to continually improve SSD validation coverage
  • Coordinate and automate test data analysis efforts to better identify potential SSD issues

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 8+ years data storage industry experience, working in SSD/HDD design, development, or validation
• Experience working in and leading cross-functional teams
• High level of teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
