Front End Engineer

About the role

Steer is seeking an Experienced Front End Engineer with substantial React production experience to join our Front End Engineering Team. We are looking for individuals with fresh ideas, new knowledge, and expertise in Front End development.

You Will

• Participate in development of our SPA CRM application, custom widgets, and web directory using React.js or other modern FE technologies
• Architect and implement scalable and efficient front-end solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior front-end engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize front-end performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement in front-end development processes and methodologies.
