Senior Project Manager

We're seeking someone with 5 of more years of project management experience, adept at navigating projects to meet strict deadlines and budgets. This role involves collaborating with our growing teams of engineers and product managers, delivering engineering projects with precision and creativity. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the entire project lifecycle for our engineering team - from planning and execution to monitoring, control, and delivering.

Location

We are a 100% fully remote company (U.S. only).

Salary

$110,000 - $136,000.
*Salary is dependent on the location you reside in.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required. Experience with software engineering projects is preferred.
• Ensure timely and accurate status reporting, ask for assistance as needed, and promptly escalate any issues or problems to maintain accountability.
• Oversee the entire project schedule, ensuring team success by adhering to project milestones and delivery timelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as JIRA, Basecamp or Trello.
