Supply Chain Associate

This Supply Chain function is responsible for the Procurement, Scheduling, Planning and warehousing of all raw materials and finished goods. The Supply Chain Associate will have the opportunity to become an instrumental part of the daily Supply Chain activities, including, Purchasing, Planning, Scheduling, Analytics and Warehousing & Distribution.

This position will support various aspects of the Supply Chain. This position will work with Supply Chain processes, systems and tools as well as focus on the build out of certain processes to enhance the business. This individual will need to be highly motivated, seek to learn and understand the processes and tools and maintain FDA compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform Purchasing related activities for all Manufacturing, Engineering and Validation processes
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to minimize any risks of stockouts
• Establishes and manages daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly production schedules for the site
• Access and learn the company MPS & MRP system
• Utilize the MRP system in support of PO’s, MPS for Planning and conduct various analysis
