Innovation & Solutions Associate Intern

We are growing! We are currently looking to hire an Innovation & Solutions Associate Intern to work with us for a duration of 1 year.

As a CX transformation partner, we recognize the need to establish an Innovation & Solutions department to structure, promote, challenge, manage and grow the further development of existing and new products and services, and the alignment of systems and processes.

What you will be doing:

You will join us in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with our Solutions Manager, Executive Vice President for Innovation and Solutions and our IT team. The Innovation & Solutions Associate Intern reports to the Solutions Manager and works in close collaboration with the other Group’s departments. Here, passion, integrity and a “can-do” attitude are always top of mind. Main purpose and scope will involve:

• Conduct monthly analysis of digital solutions adoption metrics, including but not limited to user engagement, migration forecasting, and feature utilization, including creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in the testing of, updating, configuration of our digital solutions.
• Supporting Solutions Managers to document project progress (e.g., creating user guides, demo videos, training teams, learnings, and best practices to contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.)
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other communication materials to showcase digital innovation initiatives.
• Support in project coordination, monitor project progress as needed.

Requirements

What you will bring along:

The role requires interest in the retail/luxury industry, you will also need to have the below:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business studies, Economics, Data, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Passion for technology and digital innovation, with a strong desire to explore new ideas and push boundaries.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms, emerging technologies, and user experience principles.
• Strong Excel and Power Point skills are a necessity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive, detail oriented, resourceful, with a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
