Job Description:

Lead the design and deployment and follow through of the unit’s SRM agenda and drive capability build of SRM across the org; coordinates Pricing Council.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Line manage SRM Team;
  • Leads and integrates all SRM activities for Plan delivery of Pricing, Promo ROI, Trade ROI, Trade Architecture and Mix commitments;
  • Represent SRM in the S&OP+ cycle and lead Pricing council;
  • Drives capability build of SRM across the organization;
  • Partners with Category Leadership, Portfolio, Activation and Sales Teams to drive more compelling Retailer Value Propositions.
  • Manages & monitors SRM initiative dashboard & KPIs, embedding market level SRM processes & tools for capabilities building;
  • Signs off Pack/ Pricing Framework and Promo Playbook designed by the Price/ Pack Lead and Trade/TPE Analyst respectively;
