The Director, Audience & Insights will be a leader in pioneering growth for brands through an audience-first, people-based marketing approach. You will bring a point of view across business dynamics, cultural + societal shifts, audience insights, media trends, creative influences, and tech innovations that inform media channel and partnership recommendations. You will play a critical role in our team's hybrid offering combining the best of Strategy, Research & Insights and Data Science into an integrated product that advances our brands' position as a best-in-class modern marketer that inspires to optimal business performance.
You will take a lead in the strategic planning process, developing relationships with Planning leads, nurturing an indispensability with clients, and maximizing collaboration potential with creative agencies and vendor partners alike. Equal parts art and science will be required for success, with verbal, written and visual communication command needing to be complemented with equal parts comfort in numbers, algorithms, and methodologies.
